Social Science Research Analyst

Working in the Office of Enterprise Data and Analytics, Policy and Data Analytics Group (Washington, DC), you will serve as a Social Science Research Analyst responsible for performing program and policy analyses of services provided by HHS programs. The incumbent develops and uses survey, market research, and statistical methodologies and techniques to conduct studies of assigned HHS programs. Specifically you will:
Develop and conduct program and policy analyses to identify and understand the needs and preferences of HHS health and human services programs and the populations they serve.
Plan, direct, and monitor activities involved in conducting surveys of program populations.
Designs, analyze, implements, and interprets studies regarding the influence of communications about disease and therapy.
Interpret data tabulations and graphs; identify critical factors such as data limitations
