Position : Application Support Engineer(Telecom billing operation)- SSF. Experience : 2 to 5 Years. Prerequisites : * * Experience in deployment and operations management of IBM Tivoli Access Manager for eBusiness, IBM Directory Services. * Good understanding of LDAP concepts and working experience with at least few of the following directories: (Active Directory , Tivoli Directory Server) * Experience and exposure in RBACx, Compliance solutions, Access certifications solutions is an added advantage * Experience working with Application Servers (Websphere) * Should have the ability to understand customer scenario and requirements (may include integration situations) and be capable of suggesting solutions. * Should have good knowledge on current IDM, Strong Authentication * The Production Support Engineer will handle the day- to- day operations of the application support activities suite of Portals designed to Manage telecom infrastructure. * Capabilities in understanding the clients' business environment and map the requirements into IAM solutions and proactively suggest alternatives, when needed. * This person will work closely with business stakeholders, product engineering, implementation, and other production support teams. * You need to be comfortable in providing technical support that includes diagnosis of issues, performance and overall health monitoring, data fixes and updates. * Requires hands on person with proven troubleshooting skills. Skills: AIX, Websphere, TIM 5.1 & 6.0, TAM 7.0, TDS 6.3, TDI 7.0, DB2, Oracle.
