Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Branch Chief)

The role of a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Branch Chief) involves a significant body of knowledge that includes a full range of performance management tasks, the responsibility of planning and allocating work, and assessing training needs for staff. In this position you will direct a full range of HR management functions, including the provision of expert advice and guidance, coordination, and technical services. As Branch Chief you will provide interpretation and recommendation on complex human resources policies, procedures, and new programs. You will also track and analyze data metrics on the branch’s recruitment and staffing activities using a workflow automation system.
