Customer Service Professional-(BPO Technical support voice process)
Qualification : Any graduate: B.E, B.Tech, B.Sc, BCA, BBA
2015 Freshers with Course Completion Certificate or TC can also apply.
Post graduate, B.E Aeronautical and Marine Engg need not apply
Experience : 0-2 Years
CTC:- 2.10-2.20 Lpa
Job Profile:
- Handling inbound calls
- Troubleshooting the Technical issues of the customers
-Supporting US customers
Desired Profile:
- Excellent communication skill
-Basic knowledge of computer
- Willingness to work in Night Shifts
