The offline work includes auditing customers bill correction, making corrections on the customers accounts, addressing customers concern sent through Faxes, completes orders and requests placed online.
Must possess procedure driven judgment in order to find the best solution to an issue
Its also Involves Upselling of Products via Chat
Must possess excellent PC and key-boarding skills
