Online Test: Complete the HDFC Bank Online test.
Clear Interview and receive an offer: Candidates who clear the test, will be interviewed by HDFC Bank; selected candidates get a conditional offer letter.
Earn Industry recognized Certification: Candidate must enroll & successfully complete the following certifications to become eligible to join HDFC Bank:
The FLIP Branch Relationship Manager Certification, and
NISM – Mutual Fund Distributors Certification Examination
Join HDFC Bank: Candidates clearing FLIP certification program & NISM certification will join HDFC Bank.
