Responsibilities
Join our Information Technology team where you will work on new technologies and find ways to meet our customers’ needs and make it easy for them to do business with us. You will work fairly independently on more complex operational & technical projects, issues, systems and applications. You will use your experience, expertise and skills to solve problems that are more difficult & infrequent.
Data Science and Analytics: to include complex analysis, aggregating, manipulating, examining, data mining, exporting, reporting, and visualizing structured as well as unstructured intelligence data. Candidate should understand concepts and technologies related to big data and data reduction technologies, should know advance analytics tools, and have creativity to invent and customize when necessary.
Candidate will drive data insights and actions to improve operational efficiencies, customer experience, revenue growth and profitability. Successful candidates will be able to apply their expertise in the implementation of cutting-edge and mission critical network OSS. Candidate should be highly motivated and knowledgeable in developing agile applications using DevOps mindset.
Qualifications
Design strategies and procedures to collect data from existing as well as new data sources
Produce accurate analyses and/or hypotheses by applying algorithms to large structured as well as unstructured datasets.
Understand key paths, patterns and customer behaviors leading to desired as well as undesired business outcomes; perform deep data analysis to understand root causes and develop business strategies to solve for problem areas.
Simplify the data discovery process to leverage data to drive business decisions.
Provide design and development of common systems that can be used across organization to improve efficiency and avoid data duplication.
Track implementation of data-driven projects and track ROI for implemented actions.
