Engineering, Community & Online (ECO) is focused on building the next generation support experiences for millions of Microsoft customers and tens of thousands of support engineers across the globe.
Over the next year, CSS will continue to innovate in how it provides support to commercial and consumer customers. This developer will be responsible for designing and building the execution plan for our knowledge management capability inside of our agent tools.
We are looking for a passionate developer who has experience building high scale applications with an eye on pushing the envelope of Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience building rock solid applications & services that are always on and always work.
The role offers you an opportunity to focus on both the big picture and specific execution details. It requires technical thought leadership and business acumen, with a desire to partner across teams at Microsoft. We will work in small, agile, feature teams in a continuous delivery model using short sprints. We are committed to driving engineering excellence and service maturity.
